Token Utility

The WEL token is an ERC-20 token.

Key utilities of the WEL token:

• Leaderboard rewards: Earn in-app reward points by submitting the daily questionnaire and by referring your friends. Becoming one of the top point collectors gets you a spot on the leaderboard. The leaderboard champions who additionally hold WEL token are eligible for a special surprise 👀

• Access to the app premium features: App premium features will include faster payout of your in-app reward points as well as personalized health offers on the Welshare Health platform including discounted products and services from our partners, such as CGM devices for blood glucose measurement and international health insurance services

• Token-gated access to B2B platform: for Pharma, MedTech and Medical AI enterprise customers. Since we have worked in Pharma ourselves, we understand that these B2B customers initially won’t be proactively buying and holding tokens directly via web3 tech (e.g. wallets, exchanges). This is why the B2B dashboard will have a web2 interface, while the web3 tech (incl. wallet integration) will be abstracted into the backend
